I am an Occupational Therapist with 30 years experience working in the NHS and private practice. I specialise in work with children and families where there are difficulties with attachment and emotional regulation. This may be as a result of developmental trauma, related to fostering or adoption, family difficulties, parental stress, separation or loss.
I have worked in a range of settings including hospitals, pre-schools, clinics, family homes, residential schools and special schools.
I also work with adults who have experienced trauma or who are experiencing ongoing stress, using Somatic Experiencing® and other trauma informed approaches. I am a Somatic Experiencing Therapist trainee in my Advanced year.
I offer a range of interventions drawn from years of clinical experience, specialist post-graduate training and personal development. I receive regular supervision and peer mentoring.

"Jane is a highly skilled professional in the field of mind-body awareness. Her SE sessions were challenging, fun and safe. Her warm kindly approach enabled my body to re-wire and re-integrate itself after multiple traumas. I would highly recommend Jane."
"So many amazing resources for me to tap into. It's really helpful and just to feel heard and really seen."
